بررسی عددی تأثیر روشهای توزیع هوا در میزان خنک سازی مرکز داده

چکیده

مراکز داده به اماکنی گفته می‌شود که سرورها و تجهیزات IT را در خود جای می‌دهد. رک در شبکه و IT، سخت‌افزاری است که ماژول‌های سخت‌افزاری مانند سرور، ذخیره‌ساز ، سوییچ و تجهیزات ارتباطی و UPS و دیگر تجهیزات شبکه را در خود جای می‌دهد. با توجه به انتشار همیشگی گرما از رک‌ها مدیریت سیستم‌های توزیع هوا و سیستم سرمایشی در مراکز داده برای جلوگیری از تخریب براثر گرمای زیاد اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. هدف از مدیریت سیستم‌های توزیع هوا، حل مشکلات موجود در سرمایش مراکز داده، ازجمله حداقل نمودن بازگشت هوای گرم، بای پس هوای سرد و حذف نقاط داغ است و همچنین می‌توان با رفع مشکلات گردش هوا هزینه‌های زیاد ناشی از سیستم‌های سرمایش را کاهش داد. در تحقیق حاضر پس از شبیه‌سازی و تحلیل حالت‌های مختلف طراحی سیستم سرمایش اتاق سرور مشخص گردید با محفظه بندی راهروهای سرد و گرم می‌توان دمای هوای ورودی را از محدوده مجاز بالاتر برد و اتلاف انرژی کمتر و کار آیی بهتری را تجربه نمود و در ادامه کانال‌کشی هوای بازگشت و پارتیشن‌بندی از کف کاذب به‌عنوان روش‌های تکمیلی معرفی گردید . درمجموع مقایسه‌های انجام‌شده، با توجه به افزایش 20 درصدی گرمای خارج شده از رکها در مدل شبیه سازی شده راهروی سرد این مدل پیشنهاد گردید .

چکیده [English]

Data centers are the places where servers and IT equipment are installed. In the network and IT, it is hardware that stores the hardware modules such as servers, switches, switches and communication equipment, and UPS and other network equipment. Due to the usual heat release of the orcs, the management of air distribution systems and cooling systems in the data centers are of particular importance to prevent the destruction from excessive heat. the purpose of management of air distribution systems is to solve problems in cooling of data centers, including the minimization of hot air, due to cold weather and removing hot spots, and can also reduce the high cost of cooling systems by removing air circulation problems. in this study, after simulation and analysis of different modes of cooling system design of cooling system, cooling and cooling corridors can be increased from the allowed range and better energy loss and better efficiency and then the return and partitioning of false floors were introduced as supplementary methods. in total, the comparisons were calculated according to an increase of 20 % of the heat from the orcs in the simulated model of
